The Pulsar Forward F455 is the brand new night vision add on from Pulsar and feature a brand new HD sensor that is a highly sensitive CMOS sensor featuring a 1280x720 HD resolution that provides a high definition image with precise detail rendering. The Pulsar F455 uses the newest software, cutting-edge electronic components, and signal-processing algorithms to deliver one of the industry's highest values of nighttime sensitivity on the market for any front night vision add on.
The Pulsar F455 provides superb performance in deep twilight, even night, without switching on IR the illumination. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950nm makes it possible to use the Forward F455 with invisible IR Illuminators like the featured onboard IR which is 940nm. The obvious major benefit of choosing a Pulsar F455 forward attachment is the fact that the shooter can keep their day optics in play and simply attach the Pulsar F455 when night hits.
Another benefit of the Pulsar F455 is that the shooter does not adjust the mounting position or their eye position of their day scope to accommodate the forward which saves a lot of time and hassle as rear add on's such as the Archer can increase your eye relief massively making you rifle uncomfortable to shoot or impossible to shoot without alterations in mounts or stocks.
The Forward F455 is supplied with a detachable high-power invisible IR illuminator (940 nm). Three adjustable IR power levels help choose the preferred effective range and illumination level of an object observed. Due to the Pulsar F455 having an extremely high nighttime sensitivity, high-resolution display, and sensor, a wide selection of brightness and contrast settings, quality optics, and a powerful built-in IR Illuminator (external IR's will provide better performance) for operation in total darkness the Pulsar F455 is able to be used out to ranges of 450-500 meters.

Easy transformation of an optic sight into a night vision device
To install the Forward F onto the front optical bell of a day sight, adapters of various mounting size are used. The adapter permanently attaches to the sights bell. This allows quick installation of the Forward F attachment in front of the lens for nighttime shooting. When the attachment is not used, the adapter accommodates a protective cap to protect the sight lens in the daytime.
